Dr. Shayne Tracy

Shayne has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field as a trainer, manager, business founder, builder and consultant. His forte is organization design and development, human capital assessment, performance management and executive coaching and development. His key strengths are organization and behavioral analysis, trained objectivity and human capital optimization.

Shayne specializes in assessing the organizational talent pool (attitudes, competency, behaviour and values). He is known for making tough but fair people decisions to ensure that the right people are in the right positions for corporate growth and profitability.

Shayne is a former educator having been a teacher, principal and board administrator. He transitioned into the private sector and was CEO/founder of Human Resources Technologies where he pioneered the development of PC-based human resources information and training management systems. He has worked with Grey Advertising in e-learning and is a former principle of The Corporate L.I.F.E. Centre(www.corporatelife.ca). For the past 10 years he has consulted to mid-sized businesses on reorganization, restructuring, executive assessment and coaching.

Shayne is a Certified Professional Behavioral, Values and Attributes Analyst and Master Coach.
